What is a Dancing Fountain?

A congregation of water jets that are designed to create different shapes and pattern with the water.  As the water changes between one shape and another it  simulates the effect that the water is dancing.

How does the Dancing Fountain work?

Each effect is controlled by an individual pump and linked to a computer system.  The pumps are pulsed on and off to create jets and spurts of water producing 24 different shaped effects.  A variety of routines can then be combined to create a beautiful Son et Lumiere spectacle.  The fountain can run continuously throughout an entire event or be programmed to run routines at set intervals, for example a 5 minute show every ¼ of an hour.

Where can the Dancing Fountain be used?

The fountain can be installed in-doors or outside.  We’ll happily install it in an existing body of water such as a pond, river or lake.  Alternatively we can build a purpose built tank to house the fountain so almost any location can be considered

What can a Dancing Fountain be used for?

A corporate event, wedding, concert or party.  They make a beautiful stand alone feature to entertain guests, throughout an event or at a specific moment in time for a spectacular show which could be choreographed to music.

What size of Dancing Fountains are available?

The system is modular in design, made up of 1m sq. sections therefore we’re able to build a bespoke fountain to fit your requirements.  We have built fountain systems from between 5 and 50m wide.

Customising your Dancing Fountain

Lights - The fountains are at there most spectacular at night with the addition of our lighting system.  As with the pumps each light is  individually controlled to enable many different sequences and effects to be produced

Music -  Watching the natural beauty of the water is very therapeutic and the addition of a  musical accompaniment adds a further dimension  to the scene

Flames - Fire and water are very contrasting elements but the combination together provides a unique and dynamic effect.  We have a state of  the art flame  system which like the water can dance in time to music

Fireworks -  For the ultimate finale, combine a Water Fountain Show with fireworks, pyrotechnics, lasers and other special effects – through  our sister company PYRO1
