Oil field launch - Aberdeen
The opening of a new oil field in the North Sea was celebrated by a Gala dinner held in the comfort of an Aberdeen Hotel. Aquabatics provided three water features for different aspects of the event. Two water curtains were used in the main dining room flanking the video screen and creating a dynamic colour change backdrop with our DMX controlled coloured lights. A water projection screen was set-up in the reception area, and was used to project images of the new oil rig and the first barrels of oil drilled from the field. Our own data projector was used to project these images and provided a bright and vivid talking point during the pre-dinner drinks.
